It's quite noisey and most of this is from the CPU fan, which is just the stock cooler that came with the CPU.
A bit of research and I've selected the Akasa AK967 as a replacement, as balance between cost, noise and effect.

My current PC seems to get slower with each passing day and with the imminent release of Windows 7 it's time to get a new one. You could just buy one from Dell, or like me you might try building one. It should not be too difficult and I should end up with a better PC for less money. Thats a lot of "should" so lets see!
